Usually use this stripping buffer and washed away almost all antibodies, so it works for me.
Western blotting
Blotting paper.
After stripping wash for at-least 1 hour with washing buffer.
During optimizing my results, i always use stripping buffer to save time.
Easy to handle
No bad experience yet.
Must try this, when you standardizing the experiments.
