Highly Recommended Assay Kit for COVID-19 Spike ACE2 Binding

I used supernatant from my in-vitro cultures and the assay worked well.It doesn't matter if you run 1 slide or 4, it will take the same time so I did run all the slides at the time, and in that way you can run only one set of standards which allow you to run some extra samples.Things I didnt like: my slides came with a green handwriting label in each slide, that interfered with the final result of the test, since it creates a red shadow that you can see in the pictures.This is something not specifically related with the kit, but every package I receive for RayBiotech comes with a "storage temperature:-20C" sticker on the sipping box, but part of the kit should be at 4C. So be careful when you receive your package. The package came when I was not in the lab and my coworker didn't check, so my whole kit end up at -20 overnight. I mentioned that to the company and they said the kit will be ok, but it was not. I had to order a third one.
