The goal of my experiment was to detect secreted proteins in the media of cultured cells after activating my gene of interest. I chose this panel of proteins because it contains antibodies for proteins of my interest.

For measuring angiogenesis-related cytokine in the cell culture supernatant
I was able to detect the secretion of one angiogenic factor upon upregulate my gene of interest. Also, in the membrane support, I was able to do densitometry as normally in western blotting. This worked extremely well and the protocol was really easy.
