My research involves the study of breast cancer metastasis into bone tissues, and I used this product to analyze which MMP's are secreted by the different breast cancer cell lines as they colonize and invade the bone tissues over time. I collected supernatants at different time points from each sample and was able to successfully run them on this quick, easy, scalable, and affordable MMP proteomics array.

Results Summary

The product allowed me to identify not only which MMPs are secreted by different breast cancer cell lines as they metastasize to bone tissues, but also quantify their relative secretion, and do so for a wide variety of MMPs across different time points for each sample.
