We used the anti-Tyrosine Hydroxylase antibody to stain for the sympathetic neurons in human pancreatic tissues. These are FFPE tissue sections, we used a standard protocol with citrate buffer pH 6 for antigen retrieval and blocked with 10% normal goat serum. The end result is that no Neurons were detected and the whole tissue lit up, so unspecific staining at least in our case.
