Aim of the study was to test the time course effect of a specific growth factor on S6 Ribosomal protein levels in mouse primary cells. The growth-arrested and growth synchronized cells were time-dependently treated without or with a growth factor, extracted proteins and its equal amounts were resolved by 10% SDS-PAGE. The resolved proteins were then immunoblotted with anti- S6 Ribosomal antibody. Selection of antibody was based on the information as provided in antibody flyer.

A specific band of S6 Ribosomal was detected by CST antibody. However, the intensity of band was weak. Time-Dependent increase in S6 Ribosomal protein was observed after treatment.
