Results Summary

To titrate the antibody, 2 x 10^6 splenocytes from C57BL/6 mouse were stained with: PerCP-Cy5.5 anti-CD8 Ab and Zombie NIR in 100 μL PBS at 4C for 30 min. Subsequently, the cells were fixed/permed using eBioscience™ Foxp3 / TF Staining Buffer Set according to manufacturer's instruction, then stained with: anti-TCF1 Ab in 100 μL Perm buffer at 4C for 30 min. Lastly, the cells were stained with: AF488 anti-rabbit polyclonal Ab.
