This is a relatively easy to use HRP/DAB based IHC detection kit. The reagents come ready to use in dropper bottles and the instructions are very simple to follow. The brown color of the substrate is very bright with very little background. Overall, this kit is very useful for IHC detection using HRP/DAB system.

The kit is complete with all reagents with easy instructions. I have used this kit to identify GFP positive cells in matrigel plugs removed from mice. The staining was very clean with no background.
