Although the signal of my samples (293T cell extracts) was low the standard provided created a nice curve giving me confidence in the data. I would really like to find a quantitative ELISA but a semi-quantitative is the next best thing for now.

The Bottom Line

The positive controls provided a nice reproducible standard curve. Even though the signal of my samples was near the bottom, I am confident in the results. I would much rather find a quantitative ELISA but a semi-quantitative is the next best thing for now.
