Automatic Benchtop Cell Counter

This Countess automatic cell counter is an efficient and extremely easy method to evaluate cell count, as well as cell viability using trypan blue.It requires disposable plastic counting chambers (Countess cell counting chamber slides) which may add up the cost, but saves a lot of time.We performed cell count and viability of mouse microglia cells with10µl of cell suspension and 10µl of trypan blue, gently mixed by pipeting. 10µl of this was added to the chamber slide and inserted into the counter. The focus of the cells were adjusted in zoom mode using focus knob, and then the cells were counted.
