In this experiment I was hoping to characterize the T cell population in a mixed PBMC sample. The easiest way to do this is to first identify the CD3+ cells, which is what I used this antibody for.

This antibody let me identify the CD3+ population in my sample. While there is a not a complete separation of the CD3+ from the CD3-, it is nevertheless a distinct separation and easy enough to gate on. I'd recommend this antibody as it was easy to use, although I did have to use it at 1:100.
