We are trying to use Ly6G antibody to characterize the immune cells populations in the mouse intestine during chronic inflammation. This antibody hasn´t been able perfect to clearly separate plasma cells from other immune cells.

Lamina propia cells were analysed by flow citometry using a FACSCanto II (BD).

Results Summary

We were not able to detect CD138+ cells in the small intestine.
