We are using the TCRb antibody to characterize the immune cells populations in the mouse intestine during chronic inflammation. This antibody is perfect to clearly separate conventional T cells from other immune cells.

Lamina propia cells were analysed by flow citometry using a FACSCanto II (BD).
This antibody is a good choice in combination with the anti-CD3 to detect lamina propria T cells during chronic imflammation
It didn't interfered with the other markers from my FACS panel.
It is not as bright as I would like.
