Product Name:

PE anti-human CD122 (IL-2Rβ) Antibody

Catalog Number:

339006

Clone Number:

TU27

I used this antibody as part of a panel looking at the expression of the three proteins which make up the high affinity IL-2 receptor. I was analysing the expression on activated T-cells, CAR T-cells and tumour cells

Results Summary

I used this antibody to stain for the IL-2Rbeta on activated T-cells and tumour cells. Activated T-cells should display high levels of this protein however the MFI from this antibody was very low and gave poor separation from the isotype control. This made what should have been an easy assay actually quite tricky to interpret and I ended up having to use a different product
