I have used Vimentin ab for multiple ICC in human primary fibroblasts, 1:1000 dilution (or more) in GS 10% in PBST (0.1% Triton) O/N 4ºC. Secondary ab, Goat anti-chicken Alexa fluor 647 1:500 in GS 10% in PBST (0.1% Triton) 1h RT.

Confocal microscope
Vimentin in human primary fibroblasts. Cells fixed with PFA 4%. It works perfectly diluted 1:1000 and incubated O/N 4ºC in 10%Serum in PBST (0.1% Triton). Detected with Goat-anti chicken alexafluor 647 ab 1:500 1h RT.
Chicken
no bad
Very good antibody, you can dilute even more than 1:1000. Not frozen. Very usefull being produced in chicken because other ab are always produced in rabbit/mouse.
