In this experiment, I was trying to determine which strain of mouse to use for my experiment. Basically I was checking whether I should use T cells enriched from BALB/C or Black6 mice. I was hoping to choose whichever one was more sensitive to my treatment.

It turned out that the BALB/C T cells were more sensitive to treatment with my antibody than the Black 6 derived T cells.

This kit worked great and allowed me to determine that I should use BALB/c mice for my experiments rather than black 6. The kit was easy to use with clear instructions, just know that it doesn't come with the plates.
