We isolated RNA from BV2 cells using RNeasy mini kit. 350ul of RLT lysis buffer was used for each well of 6-well plate.The protocol was according to manufacturer's instruction. We obtained high quality of RNA with 260/280 ratio and 260/230 ratio approximately 2, indicating the purity of the end sample.
