We studied human T helper cell responses, with a focus on different subsets such as Tfh cells that ensure potent antibody responses. Immune responses are regulated by another subset of T cells, so-called regulaotry T cells (Tregs) that ensure immune tolerance and prevent autoimmune disease.

Flow Cytometer
Very good antibody, separating well memory and naive human T cells. Used routinely for surface staining. When after staining the cells were fixed and permeabilized with Foxp3 staining buffer set, AF700 signal is a little reduced, but still well separating different Treg fractions (activated and naive Tregs). The image shows adenoid tonsil material stained with CD45RO-AF700 and Foxp3, pre-gated on live CD3+CD4+CD8- T cells.
