Results Summary

10.000 cells have been seeded in 96 well. The day next DMSO as control and increasing amount of drug have been added to the medium (100uL/well) . After 48 hours, 20 uL of CellTiter Blue have been added and incubated for 3 hours. Absorbance at 570nm and 600nm has been evaluated and values have been plotted in triplicate.Subtract the average of absorbance values of the culture medium background from all the values of experimental wells.

It is very easy to use, the principle behind is very simple too.

The product needs optimizationd in order to detect differences among treated and control samples (incubation time and excitation values.

The Bottom Line

I suggest using always positive and negative control since I ended up getting random numbers of absorbance sometimes.
