I used this kit with LPS-inflammed RAW264.7 cells supernatants. It was very sensitive! Each reagent was labeled clearly and the instructions were clear and detailed. I also liked that you can detach strips of the plate and only use the ones necessary while saving the others for later. I would strongly recommend.
