It is well known that B lineage cells play a major role in pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases through presentation of antigen to T cells, production of autoantibodies and inflammatory cytokines that modulate immune responses. We are interested in elucidating the biology of B lineage cells during autoimmunity. In this experiment, I wanted to titrate anti-CD38 that is expressed by B cells and not by T cells

The Bottom Line

Not as bright as other antibodies, but this can be good sometimes to avoid out of scale cells.
