I used this as the secondary antibody to probe primary antibody (with rabbit as host) in Western blotting. Here, I determined the levels of endogenous Beta actin in THP1 cells treated with different compounds.

1:10000 dilution, 18 hours at 4 degrees with gentle shaking
5% non-fat dry milk in Tris buffer containing 0.1% Tween-20
HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit antibody 1:20000 dilution, 1 hour at room temperature with gentle shaking

Beta actin could be detected in all samples.
