Western Blot
Untreated and compound-treated THP1 cells
1:1000 dilution, 18 hours at 4 degrees with gentle shaking
5% non-fat dry milk in Tris buffer containing 0.1% Tween-20
HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit antibody 1:2000 dilution, 1 hour at room temperature with gentle shaking

There is no change in the levels of CD11b in THP-1 cells upon stimulation with our compound of interest.
