I study the cancer cell proliferation pathways. Here, I was looking at endogenous levels of pan Akt in four cancer cells - 8505C, Cal62, HTH7 and TPC1.

Primary Incubation

1:1000 dilution, 18 hours at 4 degrees with gentle shaking

Blocking Agent

5% non-fat dry milk in Tris buffer containing 0.1% Tween-20

Secondary Incubation

HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit antibody 1:2000 dilution, 1 hour at room temperature with gentle shaking
