Summary

The Good

Very good signal can be obtained.

The Bad

The Bottom Line

This CD44 antibody should be used for total CD44 expression. However, other isoforms of CD44 due to splicing variants may be observed. In this case, other antibodies should be used to specifically observe those variants.
