Summary

The Good

Good for thicker sections and brain slices also. whole brain staining is possible due to excellent penetration depth.

The Bad

Sometimes a dilution lesser than 1:500 ( more concentrated antibody) may give some unspecific staining.

The Bottom Line

Highly recommended when used at proper dilution and standardization.
