It is well known that B lineage cells play a major role in pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases through presentation of antigen to T cells, production of autoantibodies and inflammatory cytokines that modulate immune responses. We are interested in elucidating the biology of B and T lineage cells during autoimmunity. In this experiment, I want to stain T cells (CD3+).
