I used DASGIP parallel bioreactor system for optimising several feed strategies and growth media to get high cell density e. coli cells. I was able to optimise the process in short period of time since DASGIP parallel bioreactor comes 4 parallel reactor vessels with 0.8 to 1.2 L capacity. Overall, this parallel bioreactor enables rapid process optimisation. I was overall, satisfied with this bioreactor.
