Our lab studies the role of T cells throughout the human body in order to characterize them and study their function. One of the functional antibodies we are interested in is IL-8 and chose this antibody because of it's brightness.

Cells were stained in 100ul FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
