We used this kit for efficient transfection of difficult to transfect cell lines. I used different cell types such as HL-60, MDA-MB-231, and RAW 264.7.

Perform the experiment according to manufacturer's instructions.
Transfection efficiency is very high and works well. But for some of cell lines such as HL-60 cells, there are lots of dead cells after the transfection. Cancer cells can survive well after the transfection.
