Lamina propia cells were analysed by flow citometry using a FACSCanto II (BD).
Lamina propia Dendritic cells were identified as CD45+ MHC-IIHigh CD64-, CD24+ and CD11c+ cells.
It is a bright marker that allows you to detect clearly the DC population

This antibody is a good choice in combination with the anti-CD24 to detect lamina propria dendritic cells.
