This antibody was used to characterise the immune infiltration in a murine model of intestinal inflammation. The antibody reviewed here gave very good results in the identification of dendritic cells by FACS.

Results Summary

Lamina propia Dendritic cells were identified as CD45+ MHC-IIHigh CD64-, CD24+ and CD11c+ cells.
