Lamina propia cells were analysed by flow citometry using a FACSCanto II (BD).
Lamina propia cendritic cells were identified as CD45+ MHC-IIHigh CD64- CD11c+ and CD24+.
It is a bright marker that allows you to detect clearly the DC population
Fixation reduce the flluorchrome signal
This antibody is a very useful choice to identify dendritic cells in the lamina propria.
