This antibody was used to characterise the immune infiltration in a murine model of intestinal inflammation. The antibody reviewed here gave very good results in the identification of macrophages by FACS.

Lamina propia cells were analysed by flow citometry using a FACSCanto II (BD).

Results Summary

Lamina propia cendritic cells were identified as CD45+ MHC-IIHigh CD64- CD11c+ and CD24+.
