Endothelial cells were seeded and cultured in culture flask. After two days of incubation, cells were passaged. For this, Endothelial cells were treated with Trypsin/EDTA solution to dissociate the cells. To neutralize the Trypsin/EDTA solution, equal volume of Trypsin Neutralizer solution was added. The solution mixture was then centrifuged to pellet the cells. DMEM media is added to the cells and the cells were seeded in fresh culture flask and incubated.
