When working with Next Generation Sequencing precise quantification of the nucleic acids during library preparations and loading the samples into the sequencer. Qiaxcel advanced using the DNA cartridge quantify the DNA very precisely. This instrument can be used as an alternative to the BIOANALYZER.
Always use the instrument when there are minimum 8 samples
