Fc Receptor Blocker was used to block non-specific Fc receptor on mouse breast tumor tissue specimens for IHC. Better signaling of target antibodies is detected as a result.

Easy to use
The Fc Receptor Blocker should be used prior to Background Buster in order to minimize antibody cross-reactivity with other epitopes. This reagent is highly recommended in order to obtain reliable results in animal tissues for IHC.
