5% goat serum

Secondary Incubation

1:500 anti-mouse

Tertiary Incubation

Detection

Fluorescent confocal

Results Summary

Result showed the antibody detected largely nuclear CK2 at dilutions 1:100-1:250. Above 1:250 yielded a very weak signal. Overall, antibody showed good signal to noise at 1:100 and minimal background. Staining was mostly nuclear punctate.
