The experiment was conducted to measure GLP-1 in serum of diabetic and diabetic+treatment rats. For this, blood was collected in centrifuge tubes and centrifuged to separate serum from the clotted blood. The supernatant (serum) was collected and GLP-1 levels were measured according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
