We use this antibody to detect T cells from rat blood and spleen samples for flow cytometry experiments. The antibody yields good staining that holds up well after fixation.

This antibody yields good clear staining of rat T cells. However, the concentration needed for good staining is quite high. Also shipping to Canada took quite a long time (~3-4 weeks).
