Our lab was looking at the release of bFGF (FGF2) from our biomaterial system over long time periods. The detection range on this kit (50 pg/mL to 10000 pg/ml) was great for this application. The instruction manual is easy to follow and this kit produces reliable data. RayBiotech has always been a great company to us. I would highly recommend their ELISA sandwich kits.
