We used the anti-GFAP antibody to stain for astrocytes and the stains come out beautiful with the recommended dilution, so there was little optimization that needed to be done.

Results Summary

We immunopanned day 82 cortical organoids using anti-HepaCAM. We then plated the cells on coverslips and stained with anti-GFAPand DAPI. You can see the long projections of the astrocytes by staining with GFAP (in green).
