Here I was testing a few different commercial anti-Siglec8 antibodies to use as a positive control for some in-house produced antibodies. I wanted to check to make sure the antibodies resulted in a clear positive population when staining Eosinophils.

This is a really nice antibody. The distinction between the isotype control and the positive population is better than the BioLegend anti-human Siglec8 (Pe/Cy7).
