I was validating this antibodies ability to stain the Siglec8+ population of enriched PBMCs. According to literature, Esonophils (CD16- CCR3+) should also be Siglec8+.

This antibody resulted in a clearly Siglec8+ population when gated on the CCR3+CD16- population, but not when gated on the CD16+ CCR3-. Aka this antibody is specific and has a nice window between the isotype control (grey) and the positive population (red).

R&D has a Siglec8-PE antibody that is a bit better
Pretty good antibody- does what I needed it to do.
