Our lab studies lymphocytes isolated from various human organ pieces in order to study their localization throughout the body. One type of lymphocyte is the gamma-delta T cell and we wanted a marker for these cells. This marker is bright, but since the expression is low, the antibody staining is only okay.

Cells were stained in 100ul FACS buffer with antibody at 1:50; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.

This antibody works, but there is only a slight increase in expression so the staining separation isn't very high.
