Our lab studies T cells and their distribution and function throughout the human body. One of our markers for T cells is CD127 and we need a reliable one for flow gating. We chose this antibody because it is bright and stable.

Cells were stained in 100ul FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
