Endothelial nitric oxide (NO) is a key regulator of endothelial cell (EC) integrity and acts as a vasodilator. Accordingly, its dysregulation is considered to contribute to the pathogenesis of vasodilation-related diseases, such as hypertension and atherosclerosis. We performed our study in disease conditions, a time point study of P-eNOS increased levels.
