CD80 is a co-stimulatory molecule known for its role in T-cell activation and also in regulating normal and malignant B cells activity. Surface CD80 is expressed transiently on activated B cells, macrophages, and DCs. Here we performed our study in animal model after induced and collect the sample at time points, then we did flow cytometry.
