Expression of CD196 Using Flow Cytometry

CD196, is a chemokine receptor that is expressed on immature dendritic cells, B lymphocytes, and memory T cells. It can function to mediate arrest of T cells on dermal endothelial cells and is highly expressed on T cells residing in both normal and psoriatic skin. Here we performed our study on the immunization of isotopes in mice, then we looked at the expression of CD196.
