Treatment with 1µM LPA decreased the expression of Arg1 in BV2 cells. This effect was abrogated in the presence of LPAR5 inhibitor (TCLPA5) for 24 hours.
Works quite well
Some times the bands appear to be not so strong and needs longer exposure time
A relatively good antibody for the detection of changes in Arg-1 expression.
