Product Name:

DCFDA / H2DCFDA - Cellular ROS Assay Kit

Catalog Number:

ab113851

BV2 microglia cells were treated with LPA, LPA plus TCLPA5 (an LPAR5 inhibitor) and CRT (a PKD family inhibitor). The kit was used in order to analyze change in the ROS levels after 3 and 6 hours.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Application

ROS assay kit

Starting Material

BV2 microglia cells

Tips

Repeat the experiment many times due to variation.

Results Summary

LPA treatment induced an increase in ROS levels in BV2 cells. Inhibition of LPAR5 and PKD family abrogated this LPA induced effect.
