I work in GLP grade molecular biology lab where clean practice is essential to set up and perform various molecular biology assays. Routinely, I use PCR hood for setting up PCR assay tubes and we use Analytik Jena AG's UVP PCR3 PCR cabinet. It does provide suitable envirnoment and also comes with UV irradiation option, which is ideal to perform sterilisation before starting any PCR based work.
